How This 7-Day Cleaning Plan Works
Each day is dedicated to one or two areas of your home. The key is focus: you’ll fully finish cleaning and organizing one space before moving to the next.
Tip: If you feel tempted to jump to another task, remind yourself that completing one area is more rewarding than half-finishing three.
